Returns & Replacements

We are dedicated to your satisfaction, if you are not satisfied with our products, you are more than welcome to return & we will replace your vanilla beans until you are satisfied.

At Essence Food & Beverage, we take pride in the quality of our merchandise. We have executed triple inspections prior to shipment, please inspect your purchase and alert us of any damage within 7 days of your delivery date. We will arrange a replacement for your order. If your order is defected and within more than 7 days of receiving your order & have not notified us. We are unable to process your replacement due to the nature of food sterilization, the reason for returning food products.

We are unable to accept return on special-order items, personalized or on items damaged intently. No claims will be accepted more than 7 days after the receipt of your purchase. If the product shows any evidence of alteration or prior use, the exchange request will be rejected.

You may return merchandise for a refund or replacement using our online return service or by contacting Customer Service at 1.844.423.1179, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (PST). Please keep your packaging slip and provide it with your return, as well as a note of how you would like to proceed with the return.

Instead, we are constantly observing & improving our product and take advantage of our global channel inspection team to ensure the quality of your purchases. We are here to support your business. However, we are unable to process any refund requests due to the high level of fraudulent refund requests. We appreciate your business.
