Loaf pans, seam side down.
  4. Cover the dough with kitchen towels; let rise warmly until doubled, about 1 1⁄2 hours. Then, preheat the oven to 350°C/662°F.
  5. Bake until golden brown, for about 30-35 minutes. Finally, remove it from pans to wire racks to cool the bread down.
